Transport condition of the pallets :
- The delivery of the pallets in the same area is done in 24h except exception (holiday, weekend) or prior notice.
- The weekend is not included in the calculation of delivery times.
- Once the unloading has been carried out, the customer cannot complain about the condition of the goods. Any claims must be made upon unloading.
- If the pallet is not secured by an outer packaging or a plastic film, the complaint is not accepted.
- Cash on delivery is invoiced at 5 DHT separately.
- The price of a EURO pallet is 37.5 HT throughout Tunisia with the maximum weight: Max 500kg or Height = 1.70m.
